David is Deputy Technical Director at NISP and also a Knowledge Transfer Manager for the Resource Efficiency Knowledge Transfer Network, which provides technical support and expertise to NISP nationwide. David works to increase connectivity and develop strong innovation partnerships between industry and knowledge providers.
David graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Civil Engineering and a PhD in contaminated land remediation. Having worked in the construction industry and several universities in the UK, David is now one of the Business Development Managers for Engineering at the University of Birmingham, optimising technology transfer between academia and business.
