Gary joined the programme in September 2006 and is responsible for the NISP London, South East and East of England regions. He is focused on developing the team’s relationship with the regional Regional Development Agencies, local government and other key stakeholders such as the Environment Agency.
His extensive experience and knowledge enables him to lead a team undertaking projects looking at resource efficiency and the uptake of clean, low carbon technologies in organisations and development projects.
Alongside his role with NISP, Gary heads a Carbon Management team within Scott Wilson and has many years experience in this field, as an ex-Carbon Trust employee.
