Innovation in construction – bridging the gap

On the 18th September, delegates from across the construction industry – and from other walks of life – participated in the unique NISP synergy workshop process. The event was held in partnership with the University of Reading Knowledge Transfer Partnership to encourage the exchange of state of the art research from academia with industry professionals.

With the focus on innovation, plenty of interesting ideas were brought to the table and over 250 resources and potential matches were captured! Thanks go to our partners and speakers from the University of Reading and our host – the Innovation Works.

Of the two thirds of delegates that provided feedback:

88% found the event useful or very useful

82% rated network opportunities as 4 or 5 out of 5

100% said the event met or exceeded their expectations

100% would come again

See the attached event summary for further details.
