

The ACE Eco-partnerships project will investigate opportunities for industrial symbiosis, where the wastes or outputs from one SME can be used by a neighbouring SME. It will support SMEs located within Angus, Dundee, Fife and Perth & Kinross to identify commercially viable environmental solutions to their products and processes.

On 22nd January 2010, Remade Scotland activites became integrated with the Scottish Governments new single Delivery Body, Zero Waste Scotland. Our website now provides details of the previous Remade programme and access to the reports and publications produced over the previous ten years.

The Environmental Sustainability KTN draws together organisations and businesses that deal with environmental and resource management and assists them accelerate the development and uptake of innovative sustainable solutions. Zero Waste Scotland is the new programme created by the Scottish Government to support delivery of its Zero Waste Plan. It integrates the existing programmes NISP Scotland, WRAP Scotland, Waste Aware Scotland, Keep Scotland Tidy, Remade Scotland, Envirowise, and some programmes delivered by CRNS. Zero Waste Scotland delivers a range of support to help people and organisations on the journey to Zero Waste.
